THIS IS THE OPTIMUM COURSE.
It’s long enough to learn the skills to make a first class presentation and short enough to be not too long away from your work.
Over the years, it’s been the most popular and widely accepted course. For the maximum number of eight participants on it, it has suited senior people from mining and agricultural companies, government departments, banks, insurance companies, corporations and accounting and law firms.
It’s full of first-rate material taught in a cumulative sequence, i.e. all the steps from the invitation to present, to the final act of delivery. The combination of real-world learning and the time to practise the lessons learnt pays each attendee real benefits.
The outcome expected?
Simple! You will know how to make a first-rate presentation. It’s all there . . . real-world techniques. No fluff! It’ll be then up to you to make it happen (and, if ever you need a hand with something, I’m only a phone-call away).
Here’s just some of what you’ll learn:
- The ‘big picture’ . . . the space in which your presentation will fit,
- You’ll study your audience so exhaustively, that you will be almost able to ‘smell ’em’,
- How to get off to a flying start . . . and why you must,
- Make your material hit the mark with your audience (this is the heart of the course),
- How to use visual aids (PowerPoint et al) properly,
- How to use ‘light & shade’ (this is a huge topic, and barely covered elsewhere)
- What rules you should never break,
- How to leave them wanting more, and
- Lots, lots more.
You will be, as many people have before you, so glad you were on the course.
“Yep. Great course. Actually take tools home. First time from any course I’ve done.”
